    Metabolism slows down and this makes it harder to burn off fat. It tends to accumulate most in the midriff as this is the hardest place to burn fat off from. Exercise can help to some extent but even if the fat does eventually burn off, there’s a lot of toning to do which is harder as you get older as your skin loses its elasticity
