Definitely it sounds hormonal to me.
If you’re taking Melatonin (a supplement some people use to help them sleep), that is a side-effect.

Congradulations you have every older womens wish. Being a Teenager again at 45.
My wife had the same thing, her gyne told her that sometimes, during meno, the same hormone that causes breast growth and firmness when you were a pre-teen becomes active again. This causes the breasts to gain a cupsize sometimes two cupsizes and to become firm. It could also mean something drastically different.
You need to see your gyne and have a mammography, if you haven’t had one recently. This is just to make sure that there is nothing seriously wrong.
My wife did all this and then started to enjoy, and so did I, her new shape.
