How do I know?
Because I am exactly the same as you. My doctor says it is the menopause and will, perhaps, in time settle down.
On a bright note, I have lost a few pounds in the last few months without dieting, so maybe she is right.
I believe all women undergo a change of shape in the menopause, we just have to look on it as &#039;experience&#039;? Not much help I know, when the zips wont zip up and the belly makes you look pregnant.
Take heart, there are plenty of others like you and I.
And if you find something that really works on the symptoms of menopause, do share! (wink)</description>
