    Early menopause at age 26 ?

    I’m 26 years old.
    I have not had a period in 73 days.
    When I was:
    3 days late I took a pregnantcy test = NEG.
    7 days late = NEG
    3 weeks late = NEG
    2 months late = NEG
    I just took the last 2 a week ago around 60 some days and again both were NEG.
