Ik zal u ondersteunen, omdat in de komende twee weken heb ik ook behoefte enkele pond drop. Ik probeer 10 pond te verliezen, dus ik heb veel werk en het is moeilijk om gemotiveerd te blijven.

Congrats op het maken van de keuze om dit te doen! Zodra u daadwerkelijk hebt de beslissing heeft genomen, is het dieet worden Littler gemakkelijker. Hebt u besloten wat voor soort dieet wordt u aan de hand? Mijn man en ik begonnen met Weight Watchers drie weken geleden, (ik zwaarlijvig ben, is hij overgewicht) en hun Flex wijst plan is het makkelijker wat we ooit gedaan! En het is makkelijk vast te houden aan! Voor de oefening kan ik niet echt te veel gewoon omdat ik ben zo groot. Maar we kochten het spel dance, dance revolutie en verslaafd it up. Ik speel het op beginner, en een pijnstiller te nemen voor de hand. Het is leuk, en ik weet niet eens beseffen Ik ben zweten totdat ik het equivalent van een halve mijl heb sukkelde. Het lijkt misschien niet dat is veel, maar het is. En het is leuk! Succes! Als je iets anders nodig hebt, voel je vrij om me e-mail:)

Ha pasado por mucho últimamente, y ciertamente no es su culpa que has subido de peso. Es realmente difícil perder peso cuando están pasando por momentos tan traumáticos. The quest to lose weight reflects a need to synchronize inner and outer beauty.
The first step to conquering weight is to realize that the extra layer of fat you carry could literally be a security blanket. Layering your body gives you a barrier against the threat of intimacy and reveals an unconscious desire to hide. Make an effort to go to a public place like a health club for your exercise routine. Don’t wear baggy sweatshirts. Accept that others will see your face turn red and get sweaty. You’ll quickly realize that far from ridicule, you’ll likely receive support and encouragement from fellow patrons. Let your determination inspire others around you. Realize that by exercising you are giving yourself the gift of health.
The common suggestion to eat less certainly works in the short run. But perhaps more important is to learn to be conscious about your eating habits. Many individuals eat when they’re not hungry or eat long after they’re full. Why? Examine whether you have an eating buddy, someone that you inevitably share an appetizer with whenever you see them. Question whether your boredom, anger, depression, loneliness or anxiety – not real hunger – may cause you to reach for the chips.
Vow to shed the emotional and physical baggage that you carry – for the long term. Know that results will not happen overnight. View your resolution to lose weight as a new job, one that requires commitment. It’s common to remain at the same weight or even gain weight within the first month of exercising. Your body is simply adjusting to the sudden attention your mind is giving it. Every time you get on the Stairmaster or run that lap around the track, remember those hurtful comments from your past and let it motivate you to keep going. Use that negative energy to your advantage! Each pound lost represents a pound of emotional baggage burned. Ultimately you’re doing this for your own well-being, not anyone else’s. The satisfaction you feel when you do see the results will create the motivation you need to continue, which in turn provides more results. This is one addiction that can be good for you.
If you find that all of a sudden after months of weight loss you’ve suddenly gained eight pounds, examine what’s happening in your emotional as well as physical life. Unrequited love, a failed exam, or even someone telling you you’re getting too skinny can have an unconscious effect on your psyche, which in turn affects your ability to lose weight.
After reducing one or two sizes, go out and buy some new clothes – and get rid of the clothes that no longer fit you. Giving old clothes away gives you mental permission to free yourself from past emotional conflicts. Don’t hold onto them with the idea that you may still need them. The good news is that once you’ve committed to being healthy in body, it’s a clear indication that you’ve also left behind some fairly destructive behavior patterns. You have not only changed your body, you’ve also polished up your soul a little bit too.
